DALLAS - Trial firm Lynn Tillotson Pinker & Cox LLP has announced the elevation of Jeremy Fielding to partner.
Fielding joined the firm in 2005. He has been recognized three times with the honor of "Rising Star" as seen in Texas Monthly Magazine (2008, 2009, 2010). Mr. Fielding is a graduate of Brigham Young University and Harvard Law School, where he was the executive editor of The Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. Before joining Lynn Tillotson Pinker & Cox LLP, Fielding clerked for Judge E. Grady Jolly on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and practiced in the Dallas office of Baker Botts.
Fielding practices complex business litigation. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings in matters ranging from complex business and energy litigation to intellectual property disputes.
