Goldberg Kohn Elects Seth Good, Maria McGuire To Principal

CHICAGO - The law firm of Goldberg Kohn has announced that it has named Seth H. Good and Maria T. McGuire principals in the firm. McGuire and Good are attorneys in the Commercial Finance practice group.

Good represents banks and other financial institutions primarily engaged in middle market lending activities with average transactions ranging from $20 million to $300 million. His practice focuses on the structuring, documentation, negotiation and closing of both asset-based and cash-flow deals covering a broad range of commercial finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and refinancings. In addition, he has worked frequently on cross-border lending transactions in North America, often involving multiple currency credit facilities.

McGuire represents financial institutions in documenting and negotiating commercial finance transactions, including asset-based and cash-flow loans, restructurings and workouts, and working capital and acquisition finance transactions. She also works frequently on international finance transactions, primarily focusing on Europe and North America.
