PHILADELPHIA - Robert M. Goldich, a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig's Philadelphia office, has been appointed to a two-year term as employer co-chair of the Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee (ERR) of the American Bar Association's Section of Labor & Employment Law.
The ERR Committee addresses developments in the law governing the rights and responsibilities of individuals in the workplace and the resolution of disputes between workers and employers. Goldich has served as program chair and administrative chair of the ERR Committee and also co-chair of its Trial Advocacy Subcommittee and ERISA Litigation Subcommittee.
Goldich is a member of the firm's Labor and Employment practice in Philadelphia. He is an elected Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, New York State and Philadelphia Bar Associations, and his community involvements include serving as vice president of the Board of Directors of Family Services, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
