Ross A. Epstein Joins TechLaw LLP As Partner

SAN DIEGO - Ross A. Epstein has joined TechLaw LLP, a boutique intellectual property law firm based in Southern California, as a partner.

Epstein will continue his role as legal advisor to businesses and individuals seeking to protect, manage and leverage their intellectual property assets, as well as to grow and structure their business enterprises.

His affinity for the entrepreneurial client stems from his first-hand experience in business as a founder, president and CEO of BCH Communications in Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. Under his leadership, while also serving as in-house counsel, BCH Communications became a multimillion-dollar telecommunications/Internet business. This background, combined with his business litigation practice, makes him uniquely qualified to advise growing companies.

Before joining TechLaw LLP, Epstein was an equity partner of the Nath Law Group, a mid-size boutique intellectual property law firm based in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. Epstein founded the firm's San Diego office in 2001 and grew it from a single person entity to an office of 10 people, expanding its footprint from San Diego to Los Angeles. Epstein established the Nath Law Group as one of the premier IP law firms in Southern California.

Epstein obtained his AB degree from Princeton University in 1983 and his JD from Boston University School of Law with honors in 1987. He is admitted to practice before the Bar in the State of California and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

The TechLaw LLP practice covers all areas of intellectual property and business law, including patent and trademark prosecution, due diligence, opinion practice, licensing, corporate transactional work and litigation. For more information, visit or call 888-989-8529.
