WASHINGTON, D.C. - Well-known Washington, D.C., trial attorney, economist and expert in antitrust law Jonathan L. Rubin has launched a new law firm, Rubin PLLC. Rubin was formerly antitrust partner at Patton Boggs LLP in Washington.
Rubin specializes in antitrust litigation, most notably monopolization, corporate collusion, and unlawful merger cases. He spearheaded a private court challenge to the ESS-Diebold merger, which a September 2009 New York Times editorial stated raised "classic antitrust concerns" in the voting machines market.
Rubin PLLC will be an advocate for stronger enforcement of the antitrust laws to promote competition that benefits American consumers and businesses alike.
Rubin has taught at the George Washington University School of Law and at the University of Copenhagen Department of Economics. He is an Advisory Board member of the American Antitrust Institute and a member of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association.
Rubin PLLC is a Washington, D.C.-based antitrust law and competition policy law firm. For more information, visit www.RubinPLLC.com.
