5th Circuit Upholds Decision For Wal-Mart In Slip-And-Fall Injury Case

NEW ORLEANS - The Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on March 14 affirmed summary judgment for the defendants in a premises liability action, ruling that the plaintiff failed to present sufficient evidence to prove constructive notice (Lisa Taylor v. Wal-Mart Stores Inc., et al., No. 11-30742, 5th Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 5365).
