D.C. Circuit Court: Plaintiffs In Thimerosal Lawsuit Lack Standing To Sue

WASHINGTON, D.C. - A panel of the District of Columbia U.S. Court of Appeals on March 13 affirmed that five plaintiffs lack standing to sue the federal government to remove thimerosal from vaccines because they haven't been injured by the preservative and can readily obtain thimerosal-free vaccines (Coalition for Mercury-Free Drugs, et al. v. Kathleen Sebelius, et al., No. 11-5053, D.C. Cir.).
