WILMINGTON, Del. - Bankrupt Nebraska Book Co. (NBC) on March 21 filed a brief in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, contending that its Chapter 11 reorganization plan was proposed in good faith and complies with the Bankruptcy Code (In Re: Nebraska Book Company, No. 11-12005, Chapter 11, D.
