WILMINGTON, Del. - The bankruptcy judge presiding over the Chapter 11 proceeding of DBSI Inc. in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on March 23 denied a motion to dismiss a Chapter 11 trustee's lawsuit for the recovery of fraudulent transfers, arguing that the defendant did not meet its burden (James R.
