Please take note that there is a special Workers Comp Section meeting now scheduled for 10/11/11 at 4:00 p.m. at the law offices of Heckler & Frabizzio.
Below is the link to the proposed IAB Rules revisions the IAB recommends after many months of review with and comment from the WC Section Rules Committee. Pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act, the Department of Labor has scheduled a public meeting for 10/18/11 at 9 am. The proposed IAB Rules revisions will be on the agenda at the next meeting of the WC Section which IS NOW SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY 10/11/11 at 4 pm Heckler & Frabizzio, and has been MOVED from 10/10/11 which is Columbus Day, and has been scheduled to START ONE HALF HOUR EARLIER AT 4 pm. Please note on your calendar.
Pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act the meeting has been scheduled for October 18, 2011 at 9:00 at the Fox Valley Annex. As we all flesh out the changes and improvements in these new procedural rules, expect updates on the Detour & Frolic.
