Our Mission to Advance the Rule of Law

Our commitment to advancing the Rule of Law around the world is central to who we are. With our people, technology, and expertise, we are shaping a more just world for our customers and communities. The LexisNexis Rule of Law Foundation, our non-profit organization, leads global efforts to promote equality, transparency, access to legal remedies, and independent judiciaries.

Today, billions still lack the protections of the Rule of Law. Through impactful projects, the Foundation aims to extend these protections globally, ensuring everyone has access to justice.

Creating a Fair and Inclusive Workplace

Mentoring

Employees worldwide can participate in our global mentorship program, NetWorx. This digital mentoring platform recommends matches based on individual profiles and specific goals, creating six-month long mentoring relationships. These mentorship programs cultivate a transformative experience, enriching mentors with fresh perspectives and mentees with invaluable guidance, fostering a journey of mutual empowerment and growth.

Two (2) Employee Resource Group Days of Paid Time Off Per Calendar Year

We encourage employee development and networking through our vast global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Our ERGs are open to all employees, and we offer up to two days of paid time off per year for employees to participate in ERG meetings, events, conferences, and activities of their choice.

Employee Assistance Programs available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

We offer employee assistance programs to all our employees, providing professional counseling to help them and their family members with personal or work-related issues that may impact their health or well-being.

Inclusive Hiring

As part of our inclusive recruiting and hiring approach, we sponsor and attend university recruitment events, career fairs, conferences, and participate in programs that focus on attracting and developing talented individuals through multiple global channels and platforms. Our recruiters, brand ambassadors, hiring managers, and employee resource groups are an essential part of our success in attracting, finding, and engaging with talent. Inclusion Council

Our Inclusion Council leverages a collective network of global leaders to support our culture and embed inclusive practices further into the business. Members work together to identify employee needs, create action plans, and implement solutions.

Psychological Safety Workshops

Psychological safety in the workplace means fostering an environment where employees feel empowered to express themselves, take risks, and share ideas without fear of judgment or negative consequences. We provide optional learning opportunities that encompass inclusive leadership, and psychological safety workshops for leaders and teams. We measure how psychologically safe our employees feel through regular surveys and make resources available to everyone.
