Immigration and Protection Law Reissue 1
The first reissue of the “Immigration and Protection Law” title, written by Sharelle Aitchison, Annabel Clayton, Bridget Dingle, Debra Smallholme, and Judge Martin Treadwell, all of whom are members of the Immigration and Protection Tribunal, has been completed in full and is now available online. Besides the previously released sections of the title offering new coverage on essential topics such as arrivals and departures, visas, refugee and protection status, classified information, the Immigration and Protection Tribunal, compliance and information, offences and penalties, and detention and monitoring, the title is now featuring new content on deportation, written by Annabel Clayton and Bridget Dingle, as well as new sections on appeals and judicial review, written by Judge Martin Treadwell. Judge Treadwell also wrote the concluding Part of the title on immigration adviser licensing in New Zealand, which has now also been added to the title.
