Service 219 is now available online.
This service adds “Annotated Legislation — Property (Relationships) Act 1976”. To improve the ability to find relevant case commentary, content from the “Relationship Property” chapter has been completely rewritten and moved under individual sections of the Property (Relationships) Act 1976 under the “Annotated Legislation” guidecard.
There is also new case commentary under the Care of Children Act 2004, the Family Violence Act 2018, the Oranga Tamariki Act 1989 and the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988.
