Biography:
Adam Firth is a partner in Ashurst's Dispute Resolution team, providing end-to-end project advice to clients on major infrastructure, residential and commercial development and energy and resources projects.
Over the last 20+ years, Adam has advised a broad range of government and industry clients on the administration of their development, PPP, engineering, design, construction, operation and supply contracts, the management of claims. He has also acted in the full spectrum of dispute resolution processes, including mediation, expert determination, litigation and arbitration.
