Biography:
Since being admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland, Alex has gained extensive experience across all areas of Queensland personal injury law, with particular emphasis on Compulsory Third Party motor vehicle accidents claims, statutory and common law workers’ compensation claims, and public and occupiers’ liability claims.
Alex has worked for a range of boutique firms, and achieved individual recognition at Shine Lawyers, a nationally-sized personal injury firm, after representing a variety of clients in District Court and Supreme Court proceedings.
Alex currently practices as the Founder and Principal of his personal injury law firm, Claimwise – a service dedicated to facilitating injured Queenslanders’ access to justice through significantly reduced fees. Alex is also a Director of Workplace Allies, a not-for-profit employment law firm committed to providing legal support to individuals, not-for-profit organisations, and small to mid-sized businesses.
