Biography:
Amanda is a commercial lawyer, specialising in technology contracts and general commercial contracts. Amanda also acts on corporate matters and privacy matters.
She advises clients in the public and private sectors from a range of industries.
Amanda regularly advises clients on the procurement of new technology systems, including drafting and negotiating the contracts for these.
Amanda also has a keen interest in privacy law. She advises on contractual provisions relating to privacy and practices regarding the use of personal information.
Prior to joining Simpson Grierson in 2017, Amanda worked in London for four years at CMS (a large international law firm) in the Technology Media and Telecommunications team. Amanda has undertaken various in-house secondments.
