Biography:
A seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and property law, Ben has over 20 years’ experience within the Australian legal market.
In 2008, Ben established his own law firm focusing predominately on Commercial and Property transactions. Throughout his 16+ years as legal practice director, Ben advised on and successfully settled many thousands of transactions for a diverse range of clients, including business owners, super funds, property developers and ASX listed entities.
Ben has also acted in a variety of matters involving Wills & Estates, Self-managed Superannuation, Family (property settlements) and Corporate Advisory.
Ben is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
