Biography:
Bryden practises in commercial, public, and criminal law.
He appears in all Western Australian courts, in the State Administrative Tribunal, and before the Mining Warden.
His recent experience includes representing:
1. parties in actions for breach of contract, proprietary estoppel, negligence, and conversion;
2. applicants in judicial review proceedings;
3. objectors and respondents in proceedings before the Mining Warden; and
4. legally aided and private defendants in criminal prosecutions for summary and some indictable offences.
