Estate planning: including advising clients on their estate planning options, the preparation of all necessary documentation including wills appropriate to the client's needs and circumstances, powers of attorney, appointments of enduring guardians, superannuation death benefit nominations and other documents as required.
Applications to the Court for grants of Probate of Letters of Administration - whether contested or uncontested; Acting for executors and administrators, advising and assisting them where necessary on the day to day administration of a deceased estate; Advising and acting for clients (as either the applicant or the estate) in regard to family provision or other contested estate matters.
