Biography:
Daniel has 18 years’ experience providing legal services for developers, builders, trade contractors and owners of retail shopping centres, aged care, industrial and residential developments in relation to construction disputes across litigation, arbitration, security of payment legislation, expert determination and mediation processes.
In addition to extensive experience as a security of payment preparer, Daniel is an accredited senior adjudicator with Adjudicate Today in NSW, Victoria, South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory and Western Australia.
Daniel also has an active front end practice, having advised on and negotiated a wide range of development, construction and consultancy agreements and tendering documents across a wide range of projects including large remediation projects, commercial and residential developments, commercial fit-outs, shopping centre refurbishments, civil works, electrical and facade works.
