Biography:
David commenced his career at Herbert Smith Freehills, where he acted for major corporate clients in regulatory matters and investigations (ASIC, ATO), competition matters (merger clearance / ACCC) and general commercial disputes. He has experience acting for sophisticated sector-leading clients.
Prior to joining New Chambers, he also worked at Everingham Solomons Solicitors, a regional firm, where he had carriage for a wide range of civil and commercial matters in state courts and tribunals.
