Biography:
Denise has specialised in commercial litigation since graduation. She has acted in a wide variety of commercial disputes, including trade practices claims, property and leasing disputes, building and construction litigation and in a range of issues associated with disputes with franchisees. Denise's practice also has a focus on security enforcement and debt recovery for lenders, from banks to private organisations.
