Emma works at Marque Lawyers in its Commercial Litigation and Content, Media & Technology teams.

Emma sits on the boards of the Copyright Society of Australia and the Communications and Media Law Association (CAMLA).

Emma has a specific expertise in the entertainment industry, particularly: music, media, fashion and film/TV production. Emma also specialises in navigating the hazy intersection of law and AI.

Emma work across intellectual property and general commercial litigation as well as assisting companies in respect of both front end and back end IP, from startups to larger corporates.
