Biography:

Gino Dal Pont holds the position of Professor, School of Law, University of Tasmania, where he teaches in equity & trusts, legal ethics and tax. He has written in a wide variety of legal fields, for student, academic and professional audiences. His work has been cited over 1000 times in Australian courts alone, and has been recognised by the award of an LLD, as well as Fellowship of both the Australian Academy of Law and the College of Law.
