Biography:
Jane is the founder and Principal of Gable Lawyers with over 14 years' experience in all aspects of franchising and business law. Jane's practice focuses on the needs of small to medium businesses, franchising, distribution, and licensing on a domestic and international basis and protection of intellectual property.
Jane has become a well-known and respected lawyer within the franchising sector. Jane has presented at numerous Franchising Expos and various national clients’ conferences. Jane has also served as a lecturer at the College of Law and was a board member at Awards Victoria for a number of years. Jane was awarded bronze in the Victorian Business Excellence Category at the AusMumpreneur Awards 2018.
Jane regularly writes articles for the Inside Franchise Magazine and Business Franchise Australia and New Zealand Magazine and annual directory. Jane also authors and co-authors the LexisNexis publications in the areas of corporations law and franchise law.
