Biography:
Katrina studied biological sciences with law at The University of Queensland and has a passion for the Life Sciences/Biotechnology sector. Her clients include universities, listed companies, global law firms, government and SMEs. Katrina assists with clinical trials, licensing and commercialisation of IP, IP ownership and structuring issues, research and development collaborations, alliances and joint venture arrangements, the sale and purchase of IP assets and technology companies and regulatory advice.
Katrina was a committee member of a Human Research Ethics Committee for over 5 years, and is currently a committee Member of the Law Council of Australia Intellectual Property Law Committee.
