Biography:
Kiren completed her law degree and Corporate and Commercial LLM in the UK. Since coming to Australia she has further completed the Diploma in Law and Practical Legal Training in Australia.
Kiren has worked in large corporate international firms in both the UK and Australia as well as trustee companies and multidisciplinary firms in Australia.
Kiren has worked on general commercial matters and has gained the most experience working in succession law, having worked predominantly in wills and estates, and in particular estate planning, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, estate administration and probate, VCAT actions, superannuation, and aged care. Kiren has gained experience in working in succession matters across multiple jurisdictions in Australia.
