Biography:
Kylie has been admitted as a legal practitioner since 2008. She has worked for a number of large plaintiff firms and has also worked for several years at one of Australia’s biggest insurer’s working on Queensland CTP claims and national public liability claims.
In 2025 she opened her own practice Carson & Co Compensation Law.
Kylie has successfully litigated matters in the District and Supreme Court of Queensland, the Queensland Court of Appeal, and the High Court of Australia.
She has been recognised by Doyles Guide as a recommended practitioner for motor vehicle accident and public liability claims.
