Linda is a partner in our litigation practice group. Linda has extensive experience resolving complex commercial disputes across a broad range of industries and practice areas.

Linda’s clients are global in scope, and she has represented and advised them in all stages of business dispute resolution, including through litigation, negotiation and arbitration. She is particularly adept at helping international clients navigate multinational challenges, including the overlapping (and sometimes conflicting) procedural, factual and regulatory regimes in which they operate. With a demonstrated record of facilitating win-win business resolutions, building consensus among disparate stakeholders and managing client and attorney teams in dynamic environments, Linda brings sound judgment and creative thought to solving complex business problems.

Linda is co-head of our global financial institutions disputes group, and she appears regularly in federal, state and bankruptcy court. Linda also works frequently with our corporate and finance teams in advising corporate executives and boards in transaction-related litigation risk and corporate governance matters.
