Biography:
Mark is the Director of Lazarus Legal, a forward-thinking commercial law practice acting for founders, boards, growth companies and established businesses and brands across Australia, the United Kingdom and internationally. He has more than 20 years of experience across private practice, the New South Wales Bar and senior in-house roles.
Mark was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2004 and qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2008. He was called to the New South Wales Bar in 2010 and practised as a barrister for over three years.
Mark has acted as senior legal counsel for international corporations advising on matters involving the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, APAC and the United States. He has managed legal teams, handled global bottling agreements with Coca-Cola, and worked on international energy drink regulation.
He joined Lazarus Legal in 2017, took on the role of Director, and has grown and expanded the firm. He acts as external in-house counsel, advisor “on tap” and Chief Legal Officer to businesses across fast-moving consumer goods, food and beverage, health, wellness, beauty, leisure and technology industries.
