Biography:
Maya Atrakchi is Of Counsel with Jackson Lewis, P.C. and a member of the firm’s International Employment Law and Privacy, AI & Cybersecurity practice groups. She is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional, holding US and EU designations.
Maya has cross-disciplinary experience and nuanced know-how in and across 100+ countries around the world for effectively and efficiently confronting the cross-border labor and employment challenges that can emerge in diverse business contexts. Whether managing globally mobile workforces or increasingly rigorous employee protections, clients rely on her integrated approach and responsive awareness to minimize the impact of the international multijurisdictional patchwork of regulations on their business maximization efforts.
Prior to Jackson Lewis, Maya was VP Legal at AIVF, a health tech startup specializing in AI fertility solutions. She began her legal career in the IBM legal department.
