Biography:
Mike Waldie is a construction lawyer and the Legal Practice Director and co-founder of Level Field Lawyers, a Queensland-based firm practising exclusively in construction law.
Mike’s practice spans the full spectrum of construction law, from regulatory and front-end advice through to complex construction disputes, including security of payment adjudications, Supreme Court proceedings and arbitrations.
Mike’s legal practice is founded on a previous career in contracts and commercial management within the construction industry, providing strong technical insight into project delivery and informing his practical, evidence-focused approach to construction disputes.
