Biography:
Nathan’s practice focuses on work health and safety, employment and administrative law. He has particular experience in the transport, mining and government sectors and conducts employment, regulatory, corporate and criminal law related litigation including for both regulators and defendants.
Nathan acts for a wide range of clients including Australian and internationally-based private sector clients, and a number of State and Commonwealth government agencies. Nathan advises and appears in safety prosecutions and coronial inquests, and has assisted a range of clients with respect to sensitive workplace safety incidents including fatalities.
