Biography:
Paul has almost 30 years’ experience in liability and professional indemnity insurance litigation on behalf of defendant insurers and self-insured entities.
His areas of expertise are medical defence litigation, liability insurance (public and products) including complex liability matters, catastrophic and major claims; general insurance; life insurance; professional indemnity insurance; and commercial litigation. Paul is well versed in the issues arising out of such claims including contractual, insurance indemnity and recovery issues, together with a thorough knowledge of the Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW).
Since 2011, Paul has been the General Editor of the LexisNexis newsletter, the Australian Insurance Law Bulletin.
