Biography:
Phoebe’s practice combines commercial work with her love for not-for-profit law.
In her commercial work, Phoebe advises on a wide range of commercial transactions, including master services agreements, SaaS and technology arrangements, manufacturing, distribution and supply agreements, licensing arrangements and government contracting. She works alongside clients to structure and negotiate contracts that are clear and built to work in the real world.
Having experience in the charity sector and seeing first-hand the challenges that charities face, she advises charities how to overcome those issues and assists them with incorporating, assessing their charitable purposes, applying for ACNC registration and DGR endorsement, grant and auspicing arrangements, and advising on various compliance issues such as the fundraising licensing regimes and other charity requirements and governance.
