Biography:
Professor Chisholm AM is an Honorary Professor at the ANU College of Law. He was an academic at the University of New South Wales between 1970 and 1993, and Judge of the Family Court of Australia between 1993 and 2004. Professor Chisholm was a founding council member of the Aboriginal Legal Service, served two terms on the Family Law Council, and has worked on a number of projects with the New South Wales Law Reform Commission and the Australian Law Reform Commission.
