Biography:
Przemek specialises in corporate disputes and insolvency but accepts briefs to advise or appear in commercial matters of all types. He is regularly briefed led or unled in proceedings in Federal and State courts, including in relation to class actions, contractual disputes, corporations law claims, equity and trusts, trade practices, insolvency, personal property securities, public examinations, security enforcement and voidable transactions. Prior to being called to the Bar, Przemek practiced as a solicitor for 16 years at Allens.
