Biography:
Ruth has more than five years’ private practice experience at leading commercial law firm Allens, where she specialised in commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency, and risk and compliance advisory.
Ruth’s dispute resolution experience includes large-scale complex commercial disputes, breach of contract claims, professional negligence claims (against auditors), personal property securities and real property priority disputes, and debt recovery proceedings. She has also advised multi-national conglomerates on risks relating to bribery, corruption and international sanctions.
She has acted in various Australian jurisdictions, including Federal, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia.
Ruth is admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
