Biography:

Sarah is a lawyer with eight years of practicing experience across three jurisdictions and a number of specialities. Trained in New Zealand, Sarah worked as criminal defence counsel for three years before moving to Melbourne where she worked in personal injury dispute resolution for a large insurance company. A move to Sydney in 2014 saw Sarah take up an in house counsel position specialising in employment, discrimination, superannuation and industrial law, followed by a position in a global software company adding intellectual property practice to her areas of expertise. Sarah has been awarded the grade of Distinction for Advising in-House through the College of Law (a paper forming part of the LLM qualification), sat on a number of Law Society Committees in Australia and brings a practical and detailed eye to the LexisNexis Practical Guidance content for the Personal injury Victoria Module.
