Biography:
Stephanie assists clients across corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors with core aspects of issues arising in intellectual property practice. This includes in relation to trade marks, copyright, patents, designs and plant breeder's rights.
She also has significant general commercial law experience and is able to efficiently manage complex contractual relationships involving multiple parties and service providers to ensure whole-of-project cohesion.
Over recent years, Stephanie has developed specialist expertise in privacy and data protection laws and regularly advises on complex domestic and cross-border privacy matters, including data breach response and management.
