Biography:
Stephen has been a director of Somerville Legal since 2010. He is an Accredited Specialist in wills and estates law, and is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners. His extensive experience in estate planning includes the preparation of complex wills, complex applications for probate and letters of administration, and family provision proceedings. In 2009, Stephen was involved in the first case in NSW in which a court-made will was made for someone found to have pre-empted capacity.
