Biography:

Taylah is a Victorian barrister with a broad commercial and property law practice. She is regularly briefed to appear (led and unled), provide advice, draw pleadings and prepare urgent applications. Her commercial practice includes disputes in relation to contracts, domestic building work, Corporations Act matters (e.g. oppression and breach of directors' duties), Australian Consumer Law matters, loans and sale of businesses. Her property law practice includes retail and commercial leasing, residential tenancies, sale of land, caveats, owners corporations, fencing, adverse possession and trusts. Taylah also has extensive experience teaching law. She is the Chief Examiner and Lecturer of Evidence Law at Swinburne University. She has also tutored Property Law at Monash University and Australian Catholic University. Taylah holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
