On 31 July 2026, Abu Dhabi Global Market’s (ADGM) Registration Authority (RA) announced the activation of its Broker Classification Framework, designed to strengthen the role of real estate brokers and enhance professionalism across the ADGM property market.
The framework recognises high‑performing brokers based on structured criteria including transaction activity, continuous professional development, and customer feedback. It aims to encourage continuous improvement, build confidence among property owners, buyers, sellers, and tenants, and reinforce a culture of excellence and accountability.
The RA will engage brokerages through workshops and guidance sessions to promote collaboration and identify opportunities for further development. H.E.
