Ajman: Government Media Office Launches Six Executive Guides for Unified Communication

Al Bayan, 13 July 2026: The Ajman Government Media Office has introduced six specialised executive guides to translate government media policy into practical procedures, aiming to unify practices and enhance the efficiency of communication teams.

The initiative includes six guides: the Digital Platforms Media Guide, the Media Communication Regulatory Guide, the Media Monitoring and Analysis Guide, the Crisis Media Management Guide, the Official Spokesperson Guide, and the Media Content Guide. Together, they cover the full spectrum of government media work, from content creation and digital platform management to monitoring, analysis, crisis communication and spokesperson readiness.

Mohammed Abdullah Al Kaabi, Executive Director of the Ajman Government Media Office, said the launch represents a new step in developing the emirate’s government media system, moving policy from a regulatory framework to institutional application. He emphasised that the guides provide clear professional standards that keep pace with rapid changes in the media and digital landscape.

Amal Ibrahim Al Baloushi, Director of Media Development at the office, noted that the guides were designed as flexible, practical references to support daily tasks, offering methodologies and procedures to strengthen planning, responsiveness and effective communication with diverse audiences.

Officials stressed that the initiative aims to build a more integrated and efficient government media ecosystem, ensuring consistency, professionalism and readiness across all communication channels.
