A new resource for legal professionals has been introduced with the publication of the Lexis+ AI Prompt Library . Developed in response to the feedback received from users seeking a deeper understanding of Lexis+ AI’s capabilities, the Prompt Library has been designed to encourage exploration and streamline day-to-day legal tasks.
The Prompt Library has been organized into distinct workflows that mirror the four main tasks in Lexis+ AI: Ask a legal question, Generate a draft, Summarize a case, and Upload and ask. The library provides specific use cases that each workflow has been optimized to address. A fifth workflow titled Sample Oil & Gas Law Matter demonstrates how all these individual workflows can be integrated into a single cohesive process.

Constructed as a dynamic resource, the Prompt Library will be regularly updated with new use case examples, reinforcing a commitment to continuous improvement.
Although the examples currently featured do not encompass every capability of Lexis+ AI, they are intended as guidelines that can inspire users to work creatively with the platform. Users can explore the How Do I… column for ideas and potential use cases.
The launch of the Prompt Library marks a step forward in making advanced legal research, drafting, and document analysis more accessible and relatable to Lexis+ AI users. Legal practitioners are encouraged to visit the website, explore the available workflows, and integrate the innovative capabilities of Lexis+ AI into their everyday practice.
