LexisNexis® 40 UNDER 40 Awards 2026
Now in its fifth year, the LexisNexis® 40 UNDER 40 Awards celebrate exceptional legal professionals aged 40 or under who are demonstrating leadership, innovation and meaningful impact within their organisations and across the legal industry.
This year's programme features two recognition pathways:
- LexisNexis® UNDER 40 (Local List) – recognising rising legal professionals making an impact within their local markets.
- LexisNexis® 40 UNDER 40 Asia (Asia List) – celebrating young legal leaders whose influence extends across Asia.
Nominations are open to lawyers, barristers, in-house counsel, legal technologists, legal academics, legal publishers and other professionals across the legal ecosystem. Self-nominations and third-party nominations are welcome.

Returning for its second year, the LexisNexis® ELITE Awards recognise the people and organisations driving the future of legal innovation across Asia.
The awards celebrate achievements in legal technology, AI, digital transformation, ethics and operational excellence through both Individual and Team/Organisation categories. Whether you're leading the responsible adoption of AI, redesigning legal workflows or delivering measurable business impact, the ELITE Awards recognise those transforming the way legal work is delivered.
