Maurice is a California licensed attorney and legal tech evangelist. He has been living and working in Asia for more than 20 years. During his time in Asia, Maurice has worked for U.S. and Japanese law firms as an international business lawyer and human resources professional.
Maurice is currently a Business Development Manager at LexisNexis Japan and is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, Japan Campus.

Akiyo Inoko Hewett
Principal Attorney at Inoko Law and Consulting, LLC
Akiyo is a bilingual corporate and healthcare lawyer licensed in Japan and the State of Georgia. During her career, Akiyo has worked at U.S. law firms and served as General Counsel for the U.S. subsidiary of a Japanese healthcare AI startup.
Akiyo is currently the Principal Attorney of Inoko Law and Consulting, LLC. She serves as Fractional General Counsel to several Japanese healthcare and AI startups, advising them on contracts, corporate governance, AI governance, compliance, immigration, and other legal matters related to their U.S. operations.

Akiyo Inoko Hewett
Inoko Law and Consulting, LLC 代表弁護士
日本およびジョージア州で資格を有する、バイリンガルの企業法務・医療法務弁護士。米国の法律事務所での勤務を経て、日本のヘルスケアAIスタートアップの米国子会社で法務担当役員を歴任。
現在はInoko Law and Consulting, LLCの 代表弁護士を務めながら、複数の、日本のヘルスケアAIスタートアップの法務顧問（フラクショナル・ジェネラル・カウンセル）として、契約・ガバナンス・AIガバナンス・コンプライアンス・移民法法など米国事業事業に関する法務法務を支援。
