NLRB Prohibits Mandatory Anti-Union Meetings

In a decision stemming from a complaint over Amazon’s actions before a successful unionization election at a New York warehouse in 2022, the National Labor Relations Board ruled that companies can’t require workers to attend meetings held to discourage workers from unionizing. The NLRB’s ban on such captive audience meetings could be reversed by the Trump administration. (NEW YORK TIMES)
