WV: Alpha to Pay Over $200M in Fines, Restitution for Upper Big Branch Mine Disaster

Charleston, WV - The Charleston Gazette reports that Alpha Natural Resources has agreed to pay over $200 million in fines, victim restitution, and safety improvements with respect to the Upper Big Branch Mine Disaster in April 2010 that killed 29 miners.
