ICE Directive: INTERPOL Red Notices and Wanted Person Diffusions

"This Directive provides guidance to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) personnel about Red Notices published by the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) and Wanted Person Diffusions circulated directly by an INTERPOL member country through its National Central Bureau (NCB). ICE is committed to complying with the requirements of INTERPOL’s Constitution and Rules on the Processing of Data (RPD), concerning the use of Red Notices and Wanted Person Diffusions."
